It has no balcony but is overlooking the garden and is therefore very silent.
As it is also equipped with air conditioning and because of its exposure and double windows (in the bathroom as well as in the living area) the apartment is the coolest of the whole Residence.
You can find drying racks on the windows in the living area and the bathroom.
